Important Information for Parents and Athletes - Summer Session Guidelines.

Dear Parents and Athletes,

As we gear up for our exciting summer sessions starting this Friday, June 7, 2024, from 6 pm to 8 pm, we would like to share some essential guidelines to ensure a safe and productive training environment for all participants.

1. **Stay Hydrated:**

Athletes must bring water or a sports drink to the sessions as the facility will be hot. Athletes will only be permitted to practice with adequate hydration, so please pack sufficient fluids for the session.

2. **No Spectators Allowed:**

One of our facilities is closed for practice so that no spectators will be allowed in the gym during the training sessions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

3. **Practice Venue Information:**

Our operations manager, Janá, will communicate the details of the specific practice venue to you. The practice venue for your athlete is located in Porterville, and we will ensure that you receive all necessary information ahead of time for a smooth start to the sessions.

4. **Guidelines for the Other Facility:**

At our other facility, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

- Do not shag, coach, or shoot basketballs during the sessions.

- Siblings are not permitted to play with the volleyballs at any time.

- When moving around the gym, please ensure children stay beside their parents for safety and supervision.

These guidelines are implemented to maintain a safe and focused environment for all athletes during the summer sessions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these guidelines to ensure a successful and enjoyable training experience for everyone involved.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require further clarification. We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming summer sessions and working together to achieve your athletic goals.

Best regards,

Coach Job Lara
